Mastic’s experience with home exterior solutions began in 1932 when they pioneered the low-maintenance siding market with the introduction of InselBric®, an asphalt-based product that was both durable and attractive. Mastic’s innovation continued, with the breakthrough invention of vinyl siding in 1959.  In 1989, Mastic joined the Alcoa family. The two brands, under the umbrella of Alcoa Home Exteriors, delivered the best of both worlds – Mastic’s premium vinyl siding products and Alcoa’s “best in industry” aluminum siding products. Together, an unparalleled offering of premier home exterior products, service and support was created. We are proud that today, one of every four homes with vinyl siding uses Alcoa or Mastic® siding.

Soffit & Fascia
 

No matter what kind of home exterior you have - frame, partial brick or total brick or stone - an often overlooked yet important area is your soffit. Soffit is the underside area of your roof that overhangs your walls.

Over time, wooden soffit needs re-painting and can deteriorate, enabling insects, birds and even rodents to penetrate and nest in your attic. But not with our lifetime-warranted vinyl soffit and fascia system. Available in a variety of styles and colors, they provide an excellent, maintenance-free solution for porch ceilings, eaves, and overhangs. You can also create excellent contrast by using our solid vinyl soffit as vertical siding on sidewall applications.
