Premium Grade Vinyl Siding & Trim

Mastic Premium Siding

Mastic’s experience with home exterior solutions began in 1932 when they pioneered the low-maintenance siding market with the introduction of InselBric®, an asphalt-based product that was both durable and attractive. Mastic’s innovation continued, with the breakthrough invention of vinyl siding in 1959.  In 1989, Mastic joined the Alcoa family. The two brands, under the umbrella of Alcoa Home Exteriors, delivered the best of both worlds – Mastic’s premium vinyl siding products and Alcoa’s “best in industry” aluminum siding products. Together, an unparalleled offering of premier home exterior products, service and support was created. We are proud that today, one of every four homes with vinyl siding uses Alcoa or Mastic® siding.

Now, in 2009, our name has changed to Mastic Home Exteriors – but, rest assured, we’ll continue to deliver the same quality and innovation you’ve come to expect from Mastic and Alcoa Home Exteriors for more than 50 years.

DuPont™ Tyvek® HomeWrap®

DuPont™ Tyvek® HomeWrap® delivers the optimum balance of properties for superior performance against the elements. Our house wraps help prevent outside water from entering the walls and help to seal the home to keep outside air where it belongs. DuPont™ Tyvek® HomeWrap® helps reduce homeowner energy bill because homes stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter and dry all year round.

DuPont™ Weatherization Systems are an important part of the ENERGY STAR® Home Sealing labeling program and NAHB Green Home Building Guidelines. According to ENERGY STAR®, “sealing the building envelope is one of the most cost-effective ways to lower the home’s utility bills and improve comfort.” With DuPont™ Tyvek® HomeWrap®, you get not only the most advanced weather-resistant protection available in a house wrap moisture barrier; you also get the peace of mind that comes from working with DuPont and ENERGY STAR®. When installed as an air infiltration barrier, DuPont™ Tyvek® may help contribute towards U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) points and may help the home owner to qualify for an energy tax credit.

The performance of DuPont™ Tyvek® HomeWrap® exceeds the 2006 International Building Code (section 1403.2) and the 2006 International Residential code (Section R703.1) as a water-resistive barrier and meets the air barrier requirements of ICC-ES AC-38 and the ASTM E1677 Standard Specification for a Type I air barrier. DuPont™ Tyvek® HomeWrap® comes backed by a 10-year limited warranty from DuPont, a company dedicated to providing you with innovative and reliable products for over 200 years. Our DuPont Certified Installer Program also provides trained installation services, which is one more way to put the building science expertise of DuPont right at your fingertips.

Soffit & Fascia

No matter what kind of home exterior you have - frame, partial brick or total brick or stone - an often overlooked yet important area is your soffit. Soffit is the underside area of your roof that overhangs your walls.

Over time, wooden soffit needs re-painting and can deteriorate, enabling insects, birds and even rodents to penetrate and nest in your attic. But not with our lifetime-warranted vinyl soffit and fascia system. Available in a variety of styles and colors, they provide an excellent, maintenance-free solution for porch ceilings, eaves, and overhangs. You can also create excellent contrast by using our solid vinyl soffit as vertical siding on sidewall applications.

Our dedicated professionals strive to educate and inform our clients as to the benefits and advantages of all materials and methods of installation so that they, the customer, can make the informed decision that is right for them. We custom tailor every project for you the homeowner.
